All projects have an onsite construction supervisor and a dedicated project manager, committed to the smooth running of the project and frequent team communications. Greg La Marco is significantly involved in each project. He is particularly focused on setting up each custom home build for success right from the beginning by his attention to accurate and reliable client budgets and construction plans, and by establishing clear expectations for the build team. He maintains oversight throughout the project to ensure build quality and design details are executed to the highest level.
